Knowledge, Experience and Quality Accreditation

Rubbertex operates under the Management System of ISO 9001:2008 and our technicians are experienced in the British Standard BS 6374: Part 5 and BHP Billiton’s S0036 Rubber Lining Standard.

ONSITE

Preventative maintenance/shutdowns

Rubbertex has the capability to mobilise crews for onsite requirements whether they are short term, medium or long term.

 

We can erect temporary workshops to complete medium to long term maintenance and provide excellent solutions to restore your equipment and plant.

RUBBERLINING

Rubbertex can apply rubber to many surfaces to reduce wear and corrosion to the structure such as Chutes, Pipes, Bends, Y Pieces etc

RUBBER LINED HOPPER

A hopper lined with 6mm abrasion resistant natural rubber.

CERAMIC TILING TO PREVENT HIGH ABRASION

This shows a spiral trommell with ceramic tiles applied to prevent high abrasion.

 

Ceramic tiles are an incredibly resilient way of preventing all sorts of high abrasion.

RUBBER LINED T PIECE PIPES

T Piece pipes cold bonded with 6mm abrasion resistant rubber.

TANK LINING

This is a tank measuring 6m diam x 9m high being rubberlined at a client’s premises.

RUBBER GASKETS

Rubber Gaskets can be custom made to any size or shape required.

QA/QC

Rubbertex Pty Ltd is able to work closely with our clents to ensure excellent workmanship.

 

We can generate Inspection Test Plans, Compliance Certificates (spark testing) MDRs etc by recording adhesion test results and relative humidity/ temperature recording documentation and batch number reports.
